 SUMMER TRACK & FITNESS PROGRAM
Open to boys and girls | Grades 2 - 7 | All athletic levels welcome
 
 

PAL youth athletic programs are dedicated to enriching the lives of young people
through sports such as track and field. 

The Summer Track and Fitness clinics will focus on general strength, movement, flexibility, speed,
endurance and conditioning for the track athlete. 
Our goal is to provide each athlete with an opportunity for personal achievement.

PAL's Track President/Coach is Jesse McCray.
Coach McCray is also the Head Coach for Staples High School Girls Track and Field,
and has been named 2022 FCIAC Girls Outdoor Track Coach of the Year


We meet twice a week in the morning. This clinic is great for incoming athletes.

Dates: June 27, 29 | July 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27

Days: Tuesday and Thursday | ​Location: Staples High School Outdoor Track
 
Time: 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM | Cost: $150.00

All registered athletes are required to submit a medical form prior to participating in a PAL sports program.
Submit the form to the Program Coach.  Athletes without a completed medical form will not be allowed to participate.
