SPRING 2021 - TRACK & FITNESS
Open to Boys and Girls Grades 2-8. All levels of experience are welcome
The season begins April 10, 2021, and will continue through June 13, 2021
Our youth athletic programs are dedicated to enriching the lives of young people through sports.
The track program will focus on the fundamentals of fitness and strength.
Training in all areas of the sport to build endurance, increase agility, flexibility, power, and speed.
Coach Jesse McCray the Head Coach for Staples High School Girls Track and Field,
is our Program Director and Head Coach.
Our goal is to provide each athlete with an opportunity for personal achievement, great training,
sportsmanship basics, and a fun time with WPAL. This is a great program for all athletes.
Days: Saturday & Sunday
